Really impressed with the customer service from Victorian Plumbing - especially for the help received from Paige Monks. Purchased some lovely tiles but had a 2 full, unopened boxes left over, so decided to return them rather than have them end up in a skip. The return process was a little faffy but was nevertheless clear and easy to find. The courier (UPS) was a bit of a let down and delivered the tiles late and damaged, much to my frustration. Paige was great in helping me resolve the issue and it has left me with a warm glow about a company I feared had got a bit too big to care. Not so, it turns out, and I'm now a big fan!
